RentClick.ca has announced that it is bringing its iPhone accessible rental listing service to British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
Originally focused on the Calgary rental market, the listing service previously expanded into Edmonton. Now, the service is available in Airdrie, Surrey, Abbotsford, Vancouver, and Saskatoon. The app offers the flexibility for renters to search for apartments and landlords to manage their rental properties from their smartphones.
Using the RentClick.ca iPhone app, renters can view properties for rent just about anywhere with their iPhone. The renter scrolls through a list of properties on the iPhone and if he comes across a home or apartment for rent that he is interested in viewing, he adds the listing to his Favourites folder with a tap of his finger on the screen. Once he is done with the search, he can go to his Favourites folder and call each individual landlord to book an appointment for viewing. On the day of the viewing, he opens the RentClick app and can view the property’s address and location on a map.
Landlords can list rental properties on the RentClick website and social media pages to attract new tenants. With the smartphone app, landlords can change their rental pricing, description or the status of their rental properties without having to return to the office.
